These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of the TWO DOCTORS website (www.twodoctors.com.au) (“Website”) and any purchases you make through it. The Website is operated by Winadell Pty Ltd (ACN 59 003 552 663) (“Two Doctors”, “We”, “Our”) By accessing or using our Website, you agree to accept and comply with these T&Cs, as well as any other terms, notices or policies on our Website. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not use our Website.

Changes

We may change these T&Cs at our discretion and without notice to you. The current T&Cs will be made available on the Website. Every time you wish to access and use the Website, please check these T&Cs to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. We may also update and change our Website and the content on it from time to time, including to reflect changes to our products, (including pricing and availability), our consumers' needs, our business priorities and the law. We do not guarantee that our Website, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted or be error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Website for legal, business and operational reasons without notice.

Eligibility 

Two Doctors whiskey and merchandise is sold in Australia. All prices shown on this Website are in Australian dollars.
Our Website is directed to consumers who are at least 18 years old and are residing in and using this Website within Australia. We do not represent or warrant that content available on our Website is lawful in other locations outside of Australia. If you access our Website from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your location.

Limitation of Liability

The content on our Website is provided for general information only. Subject to any statutory rights you have which, by law, may not be excluded (including Consumer Guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law), you acknowledge and agree that:

You irrevocably and unconditionally agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and Australia. If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable by such a court, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of these T&Cs that will continue to have force and effect.
